Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days once accepted. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, Expedited shipping is 2-3 business days, and Express shipping is 1 business day. (keep in mind this does not include Sundays and/or holidays)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at AjBeautyy95@gmail.com. 

Orders are processed and sent out 1-3 business days from order date. Be sure to contact us right away within that timeframe if you gave an incorrect shipping address. After the order is sent out we unfortunately cannot change the address. 

Lost Package 

Please ensure you use the correct shipping address and delivery instructions for the carrier in order for all packages to be delivered successfully. After package has been delivered successfully, it is out of our control and power if anything happens to your package beyond this point. 

If your package is lost through transit you can make sure to contact us right away with your order number and name. Process times may vary depending on investigation through transit carrier.
